Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator at LEPHSA, you run and monitor our injection and extrusion equipment to produce plastic components that meet our quality standards, day in and day out on the production floor.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor injection and extrusion machines
• Follow production schedules and hit output and quality targets
• Carry out first-level checks and report anomalies quickly
• Keep your workstation clean and follow all safety protocols
• Log production data and complete shift reports

What we are looking for

• Prior experience on industrial machinery is an asset
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of rigor
• Ability to work in a team and follow strict procedures
• Availability for shift work
• Commitment to workplace safety
